HLTH 11000-01. War, Hunger, and Genocide: An International Health Perspective
Recent and current conflicts placed within a historical context will be the focus of our analysis.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the plight of the poor and other marginalized groups in relation to health and disease. This includes addressing questions of power, morality, and international law such as those promulgated by the United Nations.
