The Staff Council Benefits Committee would like to thank everyone who gave feedback in the recent survey, whether by participating online or by speaking candidly with a representative.

We greatly appreciate the time that so many of you took to elaborate on your survey responses. Your detailed comments will help us be a more effective advocate for all staff at the College.

In the coming weeks, we intend to take the opportunity you’ve given us and sort through all of the responses as thoroughly as possible in order to produce a findings report we can share with the staff at large.  The final report will retain all the confidentially of the survey, and no individual responses will ever be shared with anyone not currently serving on the Committee.

Thank you, again, for providing us an amazing opportunity to help keep Ithaca College the great place it is, and for helping to provide a path to where it can be.
