The following message is being provided on behalf of Steve Dayton, Director of Planning, Design and Construction.

The Office of Facilities is coordinating a significant summer project to install a retaining wall at Butterfield Stadium.  As a result of the magnitude of this project, and also as a safety precaution, the track and bleachers will not be available for use beginning Wednesday, May 24th, and throughout the remainder of the summer.  Signs will be posted at the entrance gates as a reminder about this closing.  These steps have been taken to ensure the safety of all members of the campus community as well as visitors to the College.
