In partnership with Enrollment Management, the Student Success Committee, Institutional Advancement, and Digital Instruction and Information Services, we invite you to join us at an open session on Friday, June 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in Textor 103 to learn more about new tools the college is considering to improve how we engage and interact with our students throughout their lifetime relationship with the college.

One part of our strategy to improve engagement is to explore what are broadly called Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tools.  These tools can help us better communicate with prospective students; better connect enrolled students with services, advising and activities; and strengthen our continued relationships with them as alumni.

On Friday June 9th representatives from SalesForce.org will be on campus for a series of discussions throughout the day with stakeholders.  SalesForce is the leading provider of comprehensive CRM tools for higher education and other industries, and a strong proponent of the concept of the student-centered connected campus. Salesforce for Higher Ed provides a set of solutions that can allow the college to connect with students in new ways using social, mobile, and cloud technologies for recruiting, student success, advancement, marketing, and community engagement.

The session from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. will provide an overview of their concept of the Connected Campus, and will be a good opportunity to learn more about how these tools might help the college fulfill our student-centered vision.

We hope you will be able to join us.
