Full time DIIS staff will be off campus attending an all-day retreat on Thursday, 6/22. The Service Desk will be open as usual, from 8am-5pm, and there will be student coverage in most DIIS areas. However, there will be no second tier support available, other than for a critical, high-impact issue, should one arise.
