Ithaca College is developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy due to systems reaching end-of-life soon, the need to improve reporting and the need to streamline business processes.

Moran Technology Consulting (MTC) is working with us to review the current state of our ERP environment and to work with us to develop a ‘going-forward’ Roadmap and Strategy. ERP investments are among the largest investments any college will make and with the churning marketplace, getting a viable roadmap is critical. Division interviews and workshops with selected functional and IT staff were held last week to gather current and future state needs. Your help identifying these needs will, in the aggregate, help us improve our overall ERP environment (cloud and on-premise systems). You will be hearing more about this evaluation and recommendation later in the year.
