Travel Services is pleased to announce a corporate rate agreement with the new Marriott Downtown on the Commons, effective July 1, 2017.

The Marriott Downtown provides many amenities:

• Complimentary 24 hour shuttle service to Ithaca College and the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport in a 12 passenger Mercedes Benz Van
• 24 hour access to food, fitness center, market, and business center
• Full service restaurant and bar with seasonal outdoor restaurant seating
• Same day dry cleaning M-F and 24 hour on-site laundry
• Rooms are King or Double Queens
• Valet and self-parking

 The daily rates will be as follows:

Direct Bill Rates (only available to Ithaca College Departments that will be billed directly by Marriott):

July 1, 2017 – October 31, 2017                   $169.
November 1, 2017 – March 31, 2018          $139.

The direct bill reservation can be made at the hotel directly at 607-379-6609 M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. When making reservations, employees need to state that they are making an Ithaca College Direct Bill Reservation (and mention Sales Tax exemption); otherwise, they are unable to confirm a room at the associated corporate rate.

Visitor Rates (available to any guest making a reservation to visit IC and paying individually):

July 1, 2017 – October 31, 2017                 $189.
November 1, 2017 – March 31, 2018        $159.

Visitors can make reservations by calling 607-272-2222 or 877-688-1914. When making reservations, visitors must say they are requesting the Ithaca College Visitors rate or they will be unable to confirm a room at the associated corporate rate. Click here for the Direct Link

 Rates are based on room availability and weekends are capped at (5) five rooms during busy season (July – October). This rate agreement will be in effect until March 31, 2018, and renegotiated based on the total number of rooms utilized. It is not available for groups, for group rates and reservations contact the sales office directly at 607-272-2222.
