 Please join us to celebrate the the hard work from three of this year's Humanities & Sciences Summer Scholars at the Art Department's Creative Space Gallery. The opening reception will be Friday September 1st 5-7pm, food and refreshments will be served. Additional open gallery hours will be on Saturday 9/2 and Sunday 9/3 12-5. Stop by, meet the artists and check out the art!

The school of Humanities and Sciences awarded three art students an opportunity to work full time in the Creative Space Gallery with a mentor to generate a self-driven body of work. The students received a stipend and money for materials. This highly competitive opportunity is awarded to students of all areas. The space was transformed into a large painting studio, where the students worked daily. Marilyn Markech (BFA '18), Serena Columbro (BA Art Ed '18) and Kaylee Warner (BS '18) will be showing large scale paintings and an installation.

The Creative Space Gallery is located in Suite 50 within the South Hill Business Campus, across from Ithaca College. Drive into the main entrance and proceed to the rear of the building and lower parking lot. Enter the door adjacent to Loading Dock No.5.
