Middle States Re-accreditation Self-Study Draft Report: Final Campus Feedback Period OpenContributed by Luke Keller on 09/05/17 The Steering Committee and Working Groups of our Middle States Self-Study are pleased to present the campus community with an updated draft of the self-study report for a second round of community comments and feedback. The full, edited and updated draft report and on-line feedback survey will be available to the entire Ithaca College community until September 30th, 2017. The Middle States Self-Study Steering Committee will revise the report in early October, 2017, based on campus community feedback. This will complete the self-study phase of the Middle States reaccreditation process. For access to the report and instructions for giving feedback go to: and login with your Ithaca College netpass ID and password (the same as for access to other IC on-line resources). Once you login, click on ‘Accreditation’ and then ‘Campus Community Review Instructions’ at the top of the left-hand side bar. There you will find a link to the feedback survey, which contains links to the report sections. You can check one or multiple sections to review and the questionnaire will allow you to navigate forward and backwards. Once you select one or more sections of the report to review and hit the forward arrow at the bottom of the page you will get a questionnaire with a link at the top to the criteria for that section and the corresponding report narrative. This will open in a new tab or window in your web browser for easier navigation from the report to the feedback form. If you would like to browse the report before you complete the survey, you can navigate directly to the report by clicking ‘Self-Study Report’ on the top tool bar. You can always get to the feedback form through the Review Instructions page.
If you have questions about the feedback process or have trouble accessing the report or feedback survey system, please contact the Self-Study Steering Committee co-chairs directly: Bonnie Solt Prunty (bprunty@ithaca.edu) and Luke Keller (lkeller@ithaca.edu) Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Luke Keller at lkeller@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3966. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
