The Handwerker Gallery opens doors this week with paired solo exhibitions featuring new work by Professor Susan Weisend (Department of Art), and locally-based painter Leslie Brack.

These exhibitions open a year of inquiry around our annual theme, Shapes of Time, chosen to coincide with the gallery's 40th Anniversary being celebrated this Fall. Stop by the gallery this week to pick up a semesterly calendar, say hello, and take a peek at our new shows.

An opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, September 7th, from 5-7 p.m., and is open to the public.  Consider letting us know you can stop by and help us spread the word amongst your students, peers, and greater Ithaca community:
