Patricia R. Zimmermann, professor of Screen Studies and codirector of the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival, recently published a review essay in the media arts journal Afterimage 45 (1).

Her essay reviewed the new book I-docs: The Evolving Practices of Interactive Documentary, edited by Judith Aston, Sandra Gaudenzi, and Mandy Rose (New York: Columbia University Press, 2017). The book explores a wide range of interfaces, designs, ethics, and politics for new media documentary practices from around the globe.
