The theme for this year’s conference is Leadership: Under Construction, and we are hoping to help leaders work on skills in a few specific areas. We will also be featuring a sit down etiquette lunch as part of this year's program.

Presenters include faculty and staff from across campus offering presentations on the following areas: interpersonal interaction, group dynamics, civic responsibility, and communication.
