This year’s theme is Leadership: Under Construction, and we are hoping to help leaders work on skills in a few specific areas. One we’re excited to be focusing on is Interpersonal Interaction, an essential skill for leaders of all kinds. Presenters include Phil Blackman, who will be presenting on productive collaboration, and Grace Stover offering her thoughts on what it means to listen as a leader.
