It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that Tiffani Ziemann is leaving the Title IX Coordinator position effective October 6, 2017, to become Director of Leadership Education for Delta Tau Delta, a fraternity with more than 130 chapters on college campuses nationwide.  We are excited for Tiffani to embark on this new opportunity, but also very sad to see her leave Ithaca College.  Tiffani has done an outstanding job of growing the Title IX program at Ithaca College over the past two years, having served as the first full-time person in this role.  Prior to that, Tiffani was the Coordinator of Judicial and Educational Programs from 2006 to 2009 and was an Area Coordinator in the Office of Residential Life from 2009 to 2015.  I cannot thank Tiffani enough for her dedication, commitment and many contributions to the college over these past 11 years.  Tiffani will be greatly missed.

I am excited to announce that Linda Koenig has accepted the offer to assume the role of Title IX Coordinator effective October 9, 2017.  Linda has been with Ithaca College since 2005, serving as a Residence Director, Area Coordinator, and currently as the Assistant Director for Housing Services and Communications in the Office of Residential Life.  Linda has also served as Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Ithaca College for the past two years.  In that time, she has been actively engaged with the services, programs and outreach of the Title IX program.  Linda is a strong educator and communicator, extremely effective at interacting with and supporting students, well-organized and goal-driven, and highly skilled at collaborating with key offices, organizations and campus community members.  I am extremely confident that Linda will excel in the Title IX Coordinator position.  Please feel free to reach out to Linda to offer congratulations and to welcome her into this new role.

A farewell reception for Tiffani is scheduled for Monday, October 2, from 4:00-5:30 PM in the Clark Lounge in the Campus Center.  Please stop by to congratulate Tiffani on her new position and to thank her for all she has accomplished in her time at Ithaca College.
