Submitted on Behalf of Carole Dennis and Warren Calderone, Co-chairs, Research Council

Last April a Faculty Scholarship, Research and Creative Inquiry Fair was held where various faculty members presented their research or scholarly work in a lightning round format.

The event was very successful and we would like to repeat it with new presenters on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the Klingenstein Lounge.

The fair will consist of five minute “lightning round” talks and a half hour poster session.  Faculty members wishing to participate are strongly encouraged to share their recent research/scholarly work or works still in progress.  Wine and cheese and other refreshments will be available.

If you would like to participate, please complete the presenter registration form at the link below by October 13, 2017.  Keep in mind that space is limited – we can only accommodate a maximum of 10 lightning round presenters and 5 posters, and we would like to have at least one participant from each school, so please get your registration in early.

The tentative agenda will be:

4:00 to 4:30                                         Reception, wine and cheese

            4:30 to 5:00                                         Lightning round #1

5:00 to 5:30                                         Posters, wine and cheese

            5:30 to 6:00                                         Lightning round #2
