Ithaca College China Care Club will be hosting an SLI Event on Thursday, October 26th at 7 PM in Textor 103 and we want to include your voice!

This event, entitled "China's Children: Culture's Effects on the Welfare System," addresses the cultural factors that affect people in China's perception of children, gender, mental and physical disabilities, and family. The discussion will explore the child welfare system, the children in orphanages and foster care programs in China, and the two-child policy (formerly the one-child policy).
