Once again, it’s time to start preparing for our 2018 annual re-enrollment period. This year, re-enrollment will take place from Monday, November 6 through Friday, November 17, 2017 at 12pm. Re-enrollment is mandatory for every benefit-eligible faculty and staff member.

This is a great time to look at the following, in order to ensure that your re-enrollment goes smoothly, and to ensure that you are able to elect the benefits that are best for you and your family.

  • Make sure you have your Parnassus username & password. If you have forgotten either, click here to reset.
     
  • Review Your Current Benefit Elections
    • Parnassus > IC Employee Self Service > Benefits > Individual Choice
       
  • Verify full time student status for dependents over 19 if you haven’t already.
     
  • Be sure any family members that you have not previously covered are in our system. Contact Benefits@ithaca.edu for assistance.
     
  • Confirm your home address is up to date in Parnassus.
     
  • Make sure all your dependents & beneficiaries have social security numbers in Parnassus.

Make sure you’ve got your eye on the ball when it comes to your benefits. Head on over to the Annual Ithaca College Employee Benefits & Work/Life Fair on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in Emerson Suites from 10am to 2pm. Benefit-eligible Faculty & Staff Only, please. Please bring your College ID to throw your hat into the ring for raffles & prizes.
