Study Hebrew because it is the living, breathing language of Modern Israel. Hebrew isn't just a language of great significance to Jewish religious thought and practice, it is the language of great writers and reflective of a rich and diverse cultural history. If you have some basic knowledge of Hebrew, then consider signing up for Elementary Hebrew II (41988): HEBR 10200 - 01.
