Effective the week of November 21, 2017, all Egencia clients will soon discover a new login process. Email addresses will replace usernames to log in to the Egencia booking website and mobile app. It's only good news for you: 1. There is no action required from you. The username to email address change will be automatic and your password will remain unchanged. 2. Email addresses are easier to remember than usernames. With all the credentials we have to memorize, that's one less thing to think about. 3. You will be informed before the change via email. A reminder message will also be displayed on the login screen when you enter your former username instead of your email address.
