In 2016, Ithaca College hosted a dazzling performance of Caroline Shaw's Partita for 8 votes, for which she won the Pulitzer Prize (the youngest composer ever to receive the honor.) Now the School of Music's faculty have prepared analytic and musicological scholarship on this remarkable piece, and three of our professors will be sharing their work and hosting a discussion of the piece.

Join us for the first ever ROUNDTABLE format of the Ithaca Music Forum, with Dr. Sara Haefeli, Dr. Tim Johnson, and Dr. Crystal Peebles.

Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017; 5-7pm, McHenry Lounge, Whalen School of Music
