Please plan on attending the Ithaca Seminar Symposium which will be held from Noon to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, in Emerson Suites. 

This inaugural event provides an opportunity for the newest members of our learning community to disseminate the products of their scholarly work through public presentation - a high impact practice for first-year seminars.

More than 120 first year students have opted to model this through performances, original literature readings, poster presentations, creative projects and platform presentations. Please show your support for the work of these students by attending and encouraging your students to so the same. Students from all schools will be presenting during one of two sessions: Noon to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Stop by for a little while or stay for the entire event!
