Mr. Scarlatoiu will be speaking about the political, economic, and military factors affecting the condition of human rights in North Korea. The Committee on Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK) is a leading non-governmental organization that publishes reports, conducts satellite imagery analysis, and testifies before the United Nations and Congress on the issue.
