Tips to avoid losing your funds 1. Check you account balance by logging into your Aetna Navigator account or the PayFlex Member website. 2. Click here to review the complete list of eligible expense items on Payflex.com 3. Submit your eligible claims to PayFlex before your claims filing deadline of March 31, 2018. You can also do this through PayFlex Mobile app or you can complete a paper claim form and fax it to PayFlex. Click here for a link to the claim form and fax information.
