 Due to normal reduction in our student staffing beginning finals week, all residential mailrooms will be unstaffed, and some mail services will be adjusted.

LETTER MAIL

  • No mail sorting to mailboxes. During finals week, all incoming letters, periodicals, etc, will be held at the Mail Center by Public Safety. Please call 607-274-3371 to inquire if we have anything for you to pick up. Open M-F 8am-5pm. Unclaimed first class mail from Fall semester will be forwarded home during winter break.

PACKAGES

  • CIRCLE APARTMENT residents during finals week will pickup incoming at the Phillips Hall Post Office. On Mon 12/18 any remaining packages in Circles Mailroom received before finals week will be moved to Phillips Hall. You will receive email notifications to pick up from Phillips during normal hours (M-F 8:30-4:30).
  • Student packages received during winter break will not generate email notifications. Any packages received will be held at the Mail Center until prior to the start of Spring semester. Please contact us if you wish to pick something up, or to have something forwarded or re-shipped to you from IC.

Mail Service is closed during the IC campus shutdown between 12/23 - 1/2. Phillips Hall Post Office and the mail Center will reopen with normal hours on 1/3.

All normal mail services will resume at the beginning of Spring semester.
