 TODAY, Friday, Dec. 15 at 1:00 PM in the Clark Theatre (Dillingham), the talented members of Musical Theatre Workshop: Repertoire & Style will present their final performance: “The Semester’s Greatest Hits.”

 

 This varied program will include:

  • “Heritage Songs” by Irving Berlin, George & Ira Gershwin, Rodgers & Hart, Duke Ellington and Harry Warren
  • Impersonations of Vaudeville Stars Al Jolson, Blossom Seeley & Bennie Fields, Lillian Roth, Burns & Allen, and Imogene Coca
  • Rock songs from Motown, 1970s Folk Rock, Disco and Hip Hop
  • Excerpts from student-created 10-minute cabaret acts
  • Thrilling ensemble numbers from The Book of Mormon, Spring Awakening, Sweet Smell of Success, and My Fair Lady. 

The program should last about an hour and a quarter, and it is free and open to the campus community.
