Senior Athletic Training major, Kimberly Presuto (Woodbury, NY) and Senior Athletic Training major, Sophie Knittle (Keene, NH) were both recently notified that they are recipients of 2017 Scholarships from the New York State Athletic Trainer's Association (NYSATA).

Kim has won the Paul DeMartinis Memorial Scholarship and Sophie has won the NYSATA Scholarship, both of which come with a plaque and $1,500. Both recipients are being recognized for their outstanding academic, professional and clinical accomplishments to date as undergraduate athletic training majors, and have been selected from amongst all accredited programs in the state of NY. Kim and Sophie will receive their awards at the New York State AT meeting on January 6h, in Boston, MA in conjunction with the Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association Annual Meeting.
