Information Technology is pleased to announce the availability of a new campus voice mail feature which allows you to have an audio version of your IC voice mail messages delivered to your IC email account. This can come in handy when you are away from your campus phone.

With this optional feature enabled, whenever a caller leaves a voice mail message on your campus extension, you will be sent an email message that contains an audio recording (.wav file) of the voice mail message.

Note that the original voice mail is retained as new in your voice mailbox, and the message indicator light on your office phone will remain lit until you access the voice mail system (4-1850) to delete or save the message.
