Prepare yourself to be a PEER TUTOR at Ithaca College!Contributed by Yolanda Clarke on 12/31/17
Are you interested in learning how to be a peer tutor? Enroll in our training course! It is open to all students! The course meets for 7 weeks in class. For the remaining 7 weeks, students are asked to observe tutoring sessions and journal about the experience. This course completes the basic training requirements to be a tutor for the Center for Academic Advancement! The course is 1 credit. letter grade only. NOTE: Completion of this course does not mean that you will be automatically hired to be a tutor, but it does help the process!!!! Additional application requirements do apply! |
