Due to short staff, and the backlog of mail received over the holiday break, Mail Service is curtailing this morning's departmental mail delivery and pickup. Departments which normally have an afternoon mail pickup will still be served as usual, and will receive today's incoming mail that is ready for delivery. Afternoon package deliveries will still be performed, pending timely receipt from carriers (USPS, UPS, etc). All other departments which have outgoing mail which needs to go out today are requested to drop it off to Phillips Hall Post Office or the Mail Center by 2:30. Normal morning mail service will resume on Thurs, 1/4. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |
