Celebrate the closing of MLK Week with Ithaca College Hillel's first musical shabbat of the spring semester, with a kosher (and vegan) dinner to follow!

Friday, January 26th @ 6pm

This special (one hour) MUSICAL Shabbat Service commemorates the spirit and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, and will feature our incredibly talented Shabbat Musicians. Our service (and the dinner which follows it) will open to the larger IC community, and, in the spirit of Dr. King, will feature themes of justice and tikkun olam (repairing the world).

Our musical service is a beautiful experience, and we welcome all faith communities to join us for this unique evening. THEN STAY FOR DINNER! Shabbat Dinner is held weekly after services, at 7 PM by the fireside in Muller Chapel. This dinner will be open to all, and will be a diary free, nut free (and totally delicious) vegan/kosher.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Lauren Goldberg at lgoldberg2@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
