The purpose of the Job Search Career Coaching Group is to help facilitate decision-making and confidence for post-graduation plans. 

This group will be especially helpful for seniors who are unsure of their career interests or options. It will also cover in detail job search strategies and resources. Each group will be made up of 5 to 8 students who meet weekly to discuss their personal experiences, reflections, and discoveries regarding the process of choosing a career path. 

Discussions and activities will be facilitated by a professional career coach and will include things like: networking, job searches, resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, professionalism, and more. There will be some expectations/activities outside of the meeting times, such as creating a resume, researching occupations, and attending a career fair.

Participants in this group are expected to attend all 6 meetings in the spring semester. A weekly meeting time will be chosen based on a time when the highest number of participants can attend. Completing this application does not guarantee your participation. The group will begin either the week of February 5th or 12th.
