Do you ♥ your heart?

Nearly one out of every four deaths in the United States is due to heart disease, according to the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC). However, we can change this statistic by simply changing our lifestyle! 

These three tips from the CDC can help you stay heart healthy:

1. Eat a healthy diet
Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and limit fat, sugar and salt.

2. Maintain a healthy BMI
Find out if you are at a healthy weight. Calculate your body mass index »

3. Get moving
Do two and a half hours of moderate exercise every week. Even 10-minute increments of brisk walking can help keep your heart healthy.
