Is your Ithaca College laptop getting replaced under the Technology Renewal Program for Spring 2018? If so, you have a great opportunity to bring your laptop to the Information Technology Laptop Fair for early replacement!

Due to the large number of computers that need to be replaced every semester, we are offering three dates on which you can bring your current laptop to the Service Desk and exchange it for your Spring 2018 Technology Renewal replacement laptop. You will need to bring your current laptop and power adapter with you.

Dates:

• Tuesday, January 30, 9am - 4pm
• Wednesday, January 31, 9am - 4pm
• Thursday, February 1, 9am - 4pm  

Location: IT Service Desk, 104 Job Hall

To ensure a quick and efficient replacement process, please back up any data on your current laptop prior to arriving. Due to the high volume of replacements we are anticipating we will be unable to assist with the installation of specialized software during the fair but we can schedule a follow up visit to your office. If you are unable to attend the fair on any of the dates, the laptop will be replaced at your office on your department’s regularly scheduled installation date. Guardians are notified via email 30 and 7 days prior to the scheduled replacement date.
