R is a free and multi-functional open-source software environment used across disciplines to facilitate computations. It is currently being used on campus in many ways such as facilitating research in Physics and Biology, exploring Calculus concepts, and analyzing data in Statistics classes. “R” you interested in learning more about how faculty and students are using the R software environment in their research and teaching? Please join us for a discussion in which faculty will share their experiences with R. Event takes place on Thursday, February 1 from 9-10 a.m. in the Center for Faculty Excellence, 316 Gannett Center.
