NexGen EAP is your confidential EAP and Work/Life benefit provided by Ithaca College at no cost to you. You and your eligible dependents still have access to free, confidential resources such as:

You can continue to use your BalanceWorks username and password to access all EAP Services at www.nexgeneap.com. If you experience difficulty logging into your account, please call 800.327.2255.

New members can create an account by using their Ithaca College email and the Company Code 1489.
