An important message from your Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Life, Rosanna Ferro:

Dear Students,

I am following up on the email I sent on January 23rd in reference to the news we received regarding our president. For the past couple of weeks, students have expressed a range of complicated feelings and thoughts around the matter. Some of you may be talking in small circles or some may be feeling isolated. Maybe some of you haven't found the voice to talk about your feelings yet. We want to provide a space for you to dialogue and process. This is why we've invited staff from the Advocacy Center to facilitate an independent  discussion and offer a supportive space for survivors and allies. This is an opportunity for open and honest dialogue in a private setting. Expect that this discussion will be rooted in processing and supporting each other.

In a nearby space, Linda Koenig (Title IX Coordinator), Luca Maurer (Program Director for the LGBTQ Center), Sean Eversely Bradwell (Director of Programs and Outreach) and a counselor from CAPS will be available to provide additional support, options and resources to anyone who is looking for them.

If you'd like to participate, please join the Advocacy Center on Friday, February 16th from 4-5pm in Textor 101 for a Supportive Campus Conversation for Students.

Refreshments will be served.

Sincerely,

Rosanna Ferro

Vice President for Student Affairs & Campus Life
