Have you ever noticed that the more perspectives you gather the better choices you make and the stronger strategies you pursue? Apply this concept to your career decision-making and development and your performance as an individual and as a team. Seek and include diverse perspectives and skills and enhance your intercultural development and your effectiveness at school, work and your career growth. Based on research, learn about the value and difference between diversity, inclusion and equity, about your multiple dimensions of identity, about research on the enhanced performance of multicultural teams, about how to name and track your intercultural development through the DMIS model, and how to apply it through the powerful strategy of third culture development in your career, leadership, relationships and environments.

To sign up for a Career Services Workshop, students are encouraged to register in Handshake using their netpass information:
