If you enrolled in a healthcare or dependent care FSA (Flexible Spending Account) in 2017, this is a  reminder, to submit your 2017 Flexible Spending Account eligible claims to PayFlex by March 31, 2018.  (Eligible expenses for plan year 2017.)  Click here to review the complete list of eligible expense items on PayFlex.com.  Click here for a link to the claim form and fax information.
