Build strength through Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation helps you to uncover greater sense of calm, joyfulness, focus, productivity, patience, creativity as well as build greater relationships and stronger well being. Mike Moritz, 2019, will be leading a meditation seminar on Tuesday, March 6th at 7pm in Friends 203. Learn about and practice mindfulness meditation. At this 1 hour seminar, we will talk about the impact of meditation on population, the context of the practice in our society, acknowledging the scientific findings in meditation, teaching the basic mechanics of a meditational exercise and practicing this as a group. All are welcome, new or veteran to a practice.
