Introducing a paperless and more efficient SPSS license order/renewal process! Through our IT service portal, faculty and staff can now order/renew their SPSS license electronically. 

The new service request is an online version of the form used previously and will require the same information before submitting. 

To get to our IT service portal and the SPSS form:

• Go to apps.ithaca.edu
• Under Full List, choose Team Dynamix - IT Service Portal
• Choose Browse Services which then shows you our service catalog
• For SPSS, choose Computer and Web Applications and you can find the SPSS form listed there
• Note: You may have to log in to our IT Service Portal with your netpass username/password to access this form

Effective immediately, paper forms will no longer be accepted. 

Reminder that the SPSS license renewal is based on fiscal year (June 1-May 31).
