Are you struggling with some aspect of your health and wellness? Are you feeling tired, stressed out or out of balance?

The IC Center for Health Promotion offers THRIVE wellness coaching for IC students.

Here's what THRIVE wellness coaching is all about:

  • Confidential, free and 1-on-1.
  • Identify practical changes for areas such as sleep, nutrition, managing stress, fitness and practicing mindfulness.
  • Set your own personal goals.
  • Identify strategies that will work for you.
