Do you know a student who is struggling with some aspects of their health and wellness?

Getting good sleep                   Managing stress
Nutrition and fitness                Practicing mindfulness
Finding their purpose              Alcohol and other drug use

The IC Center for Health Promotion offers THRIVE wellness coaching for students who would like assistance and support with a variety of health and wellness concerns. Here’s how it works:

  • If you feel a student could benefit, suggest wellness coaching and give the student our email address. (healthpromotion@ithaca.edu)
  • The student emails us at healthpromotion@ithaca.edu to set up a free and confidential 1-on-1 appointment.
  • Our conversations are nonjudgmental and student-centered. Goals for making changes are set by the student, not our staff.
  • For more information about this program or about specific student concerns, contact us at healthpromotion@ithaca.edu or 607-274-7933.
  • We are happy to collaborate with you to help students be healthy, safe and successful here at IC.
