The session discussed how daily routines at several academic libraries have been impacted by implementing the Alma Unified Resource Management System. The panelists discussed, using information gathered through interviews with several libraries who have implemented the Alma URM, workflows identified and streamlined, improvements to interdepartmental collaboration, and challenges to the adoption of the new system.
