Student, Faculty and Staff Volunteers needed for Move In Day 2018Contributed by Lynne Pierce on 03/20/18 Our new students will arrive on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Become a Move In Crew Volunteer and help welcome them to our community! Upper class students who volunteer to assist will be able to move in to their on-campus housing the day before (Friday, August 24, 2018), and will be required to attend a training session that evening from 7:30 – 8:15 pm. Your meal plan will begin at lunch on Saturday. If you are a member of a student organization or athletic team (club, varsity or JV), your group can all work during the same shift and talk with our new students about becoming involved in your organization! By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work. The shifts are two hours long: 9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm. You will need to arrive at a check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your location assignment. Details on this will be provided at the training session.
