With Fall 2018 registration fast approaching you may find yourself locked out of Homer Connect, forgetting what PIN you used to sign in with or that you have disabled your account with multiple incorrect PINs.

To help troubleshoot requests that the Office of the Registrar receives during this important time, we have released a Homer Connect PIN Reset Guide to help aid independent PIN resets.

Usually when students, staff or faculty reset their own Homer Connect PINs, it is done when convenient for them with little or no wait time from the Office of the Registrar.

There still may be special circumstances that requires the Office of the Registrar to be involved, but for the majority or students, staff and faculty, the Homer Connect PIN Reset Guide should suffice.
