Crypto Madness: the world's newest currencies explained. Why is the investment world crazy for crypto? What are cryptocurrencies and where do they come from? The Finance/International Business department is offering a new mini-course on Cryptocurrencies in Block I of the Fall 2018 semester. The course is a basic introduction to cryptocurrencies with an emphasis on the origins of bitcoin, why crypto's exist, and how they are utilized. From this, we'll explore the realm of investing in cryptocurrencies and deriving their underlying value. |
