The People Care Advocate Team (PCAT) program is offered jointly by the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, Cayuga Medical Center,  Mental Health Association of Tompkins County, Cornell Public Service Center, and Ithaca College's Center for Civic Engagement.  It is a distinguished and unique integrated program that combines volunteering experience with structured learning and leadership development opportunities for college students.    

Students should be aware that their role in the In-Patient Department, Cancer Resource Center and the Mental Health Association in Tompkins County will be centered on the patients and people and are non-medical.   This opportunity is open to ALL students.
