Local entrepreneurs will be discussing how their businesses create a positive environmental impact on their industry. Jason Salfi is the CEO of Dimensional Energy and a Cornell graduate. Dimensional Energy is focused on sustainable energy sources including solar, and on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Derek LaClair is the President and CFO at Empower Equity Inc, which has a commitment towards energy efficiency to create a more sustainable future. Stefan Senders is the co-owner of the Wide Awake Bakery in Trumansburg, NY. The Bakery partners with Oechsner Farms and Farmer Ground Flour to produce delicious old-school bread from locally grown and ground organic grains. Jose Lozano, MS, Ph.D. Cornell University, has over 20 years of experience in the wastewater treatment industry.
