Jana Waller, Marie Sanford, and Tina Caswell, SLPA, published "Building Competencies in Clinical Supervision: Outcomes of Integrating Self-Assessment Resources From the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's Ad Hoc Committee on Supervision Training" in Perspectives of the ASHA Special Interest Groups, May 2018, Vol. 3 (SIG 11).

In their article, the authors highlight the importance of engaging in ongoing self-assessment and supervision training to best prepare students for professional practice.
