Effective June 1st, 2018 purchasing college owned computers that will become part of the Technology Renewal Program will be purchased through IC Marketplace instead of the IT catalog in Parnassus. 

Instructions on how to purchase computers through the IC Marketplace can be found in the knowledge base article, Purchasing College Owned Computers.

In the article you will find: 

  • Updated standard computer configurations being utilized in the Technology Renewal Program
  • Recommended docking stations for the standard laptop configurations and where to purchase them
  • Step by step instructions on how to place an order with Apple or Dell

You can access this article through our IT service catalog on Team Dynamix:

  1. Go to apps.ithaca.edu
  2. Under full list, choose Team Dynamix - IT Service Portal
  3. Log in with your netpass and username
  4. Using the search engine in the top right corner of your screen, search for "Purchasing"
  5. You should see the knowledge base article, Purchasing College Owned Computers
